Welcome to
Vocal Hub Kids

At Vocal Hub Kids, we support children who love using their voice and are ready for more than generic singing lessons. Many families come to us because their child enjoys singing, but progress has stalled — lessons have felt unstructured, vocal care hasn’t been clearly addressed, or there haven’t been meaningful opportunities to apply skills with guidance and preparation.

Our approach is different.

We follow a structured, developmentally informed pathway that begins with understanding each child’s voice, builds skills intentionally over time, and provides supported opportunities to practise those skills in real performance contexts.

Our Approach

At Vocal Hub Kids, we take a structured, developmentally informed approach to children’s voice training.

Our work is informed by Tania Savelli’s Vocolove Grounded Voice Method™, adapted developmentally for young voices. This framework supports voices to be understood, developed with structure, and confidently applied in real contexts — always in a way that is age-appropriate and supportive.

Many families come to us after trying general singing lessons. Their child enjoys singing, but progress has felt unclear, lessons have lacked structure, vocal care hasn’t been explained, or there haven’t been enough opportunities to practise skills with preparation and guidance.

Our approach is designed to change that.

Rather than treating all young voices the same, we follow a clear progression pathway that supports how a child’s voice develops over time.

1. Understanding the Voice

We begin by taking time to understand how each child is currently using their voice. This includes their stage of vocal development, vocal stamina, confidence, learning style, and overall readiness. This allows us to make informed decisions about what the voice needs right now, rather than guessing or rushing ahead.

2. Building Skills with Structure

From there, we focus on intentional, step-by-step skill development. Lessons are guided by clear goals and age-appropriate technique, with skills revisited and built upon over time. This structured approach helps children move beyond “just singing songs” and develop real vocal capability, confidence, and consistency.

3. Applying Skills Through Supported Performance

Learning doesn’t stop in the lesson room. Where appropriate, we provide supported performance opportunities that allow children to practise using their skills in real contexts. These experiences are carefully prepared and age-appropriate, helping children learn how to manage nerves, vocal load, and confidence — without pressure or unrealistic expectations. By combining vocal care, structured skill development, and guided performance practice, we support children to grow with clarity, confidence, and a healthy relationship with their voice.

Meet our directors

Tania Savelli — Founder, Co-Director & Program Director

Tania founded Vocal Hub Kids with a simple vision: to create a joyful, supportive space where children can explore singing with confidence and care. With over 20 years of experience in voice, she has seen how music and performance can build resilience, self-belief and lifelong skills in children of all ages.

Tania’s current role focuses on program direction and mentoring the coaching team, ensuring the studio’s approach remains gentle, thoughtful and supportive of healthy young voices. She is an experienced vocal coach and a qualified speech pathologist, and draws on both areas of expertise when designing studio frameworks.

Tania’s clinical work is delivered separately through her specialist practice, Vocolove, where she supports singers and speakers who require more individualised voice care.
